What’s Inside

 Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Extract

Derived from the fruit of Garcinia gummi-gutta. Contains high amount of Hyroxycitric acid (HCA), 50%. It helps suppress appetite, gives a feeling fullness, reduces level of fats in the blood, prevent fat production and accumulation of fat in the belly especially the visceral fat accumulation type of obesity. 50% HCA in our blend

Psyllium Husk

Very rich in soluble Fibre and low in calories. Promotes weight loss and helps tummy fat by reducing appetite and aid smooth bowel movement. Helps give you a feeling of being full. This helps control the amount of food one eats Psyllium husk is a prebiotic and needed for the colonies of probiotics to grow in the gut. It helps cleanse the colon, removes intestinal toxins and promotes healthy regularity. It’s very essential in promoting digestive health.

Green tea

Green tea contains caffeine and a type of flavonoid called catechin, studies show both of these compounds can speed up metabolism. Both catechin and caffeine can increase the amount of energy the body uses. Catechins are antioxidant compounds and the most important of them is the EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). This compound acts to increase the amount of a hormone called norepinephrine, which help stimulate fat cells to burn fat. This increase in norepinephrine, then, leads to an increase in that breakdown of fat. In the presence of caffeine this is believed to work better.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The acetic acid present in apple cider vinegar has been shown to increase the expression of genes that reduced belly fat storage and liver fat. Studies have shown this to help weight management and fat burn in several ways: It helps to suppress centers in your brain that control appetite, which can lead to reduced food intake; It helps to lower blood sugar levels and insulin levels. This favors fat burning; It causes significant increase in the genes responsible for fat burning, which led to less body fat buildup.

Kelp Powder

The natural fiber alginate found in kelp acts as a fat blocker, stopping the absorption of fat in the gut therefore beneficial to the belly fat, waist line and body weight.

A study of Xanthigen, which is a type of kelp, showed reduced body weight, waist circumference, and body and liver fat content in 151 non-diabetic obese women. It also improved liver function tests and increased energy use at rest In a cell study, alginate reduced the activity of a protein in the pancreas that breaks down fats (pancreatic lipase). Lower activity reduces fat breakdown, leading to fewer fats being absorbed after a meal.

Cinnamon bark Powder

Cinnamon Is key in regulating insulin and blood sugar levels. This favours fat burning in the belly region and other regions. It helps you lose visceral fat (tummy fat) and supports weight loss.

CLA

CLA reduces body fat by increasing basal metabolic rates. That is, it helps the body convert food more efficiently into energy. CLA doesn’t decrease overall body weight; rather, “it keeps a little fat cell from getting bigger.” This can alter the body’s fat-to-muscle ratio.

Cranberry powder

Cranberry contains organic acids. These acids help to increase metabolism and promote fat oxidation, in other words, they speed up fat burning.

L-Carnitine

L-carnitine is an amino acids derivative. supplementation helps reduce body weight, BMI and fat mass, especially among adults with overweight/obesity. L-carnitine benefits weight loss by transporting fatty acids to the mitochondrial matrix, where they get oxidized, and energy is released. This process helps to burn the fat and the energy released is used to boost exercise performance and improve endurance and muscle power.

Spirulina algae

Spirulina is a high-nutrient, low-calorie food that contains a lot of nutrition A double-blinded study carried out in 2016 shows that spirulina may help weight management. In this study, people who were overweight and regularly ate spirulina for 3 months showed improved body mass index or BMI.

Grapefruit powder

A recent study at the Nutrition and Metabolic Research Center, Scripps Clinic, established the weight-loss benefit of grape fruit. Individuals who participated in it lost more than 10 pounds. The research shows a physiological link between grapefruit and insulin, as it relates to weight management. Insulin assists with the regulation of fat metabolism. Therefore, the smaller the insulin spike after a meal, the more efficiently the body processes food for use as energy and the less it's stored as fat in the body. Grapefruit seems to possess unique chemical properties that reduce insulin levels which promotes weight loss.
